Received clone from the mail. Next steps?

So I have purchased my first ever clone and this is my first experience with a clone. I bought a slurricane #7 cut and it took about 3 days to get here. It came in wet/moist soil with a bottle taped over the top.

What are my next steps to avoid killing this plant?
