Need degree verification for job

My employer is requesting a proof of degree, and I'm unable to obtain one. I graduated this spring, and according to online sources, it will take several months to obtain my diploma. I've attempted to order a degree verification on parchment, but it canceled my order, saying it is not available right now. This makes me a little worried, because degreeworks never updated my classes that I took as P/NP during covid remote learning, so it thinks I didn't fulfill my major requirements even though I did. (I've emailed uci about this, and they never responded or fixed it lol.)

Not sure what to do after this, as I need this verification soon, any help?
