Can we not sell trans men false hope?

This is mainly in response to a post made here yesterday, but i hate when people use anecdotal evidence to postulate how general transition will go. Don't get me wrong, I know there are trans men who will continue to get new changes after 5+ years on T, but in general, whatever hasn't changed/begun to change by about 3-5 years on T will never happen. You're not going to get a large voice drop at 5 years on T after having no voice change or hair where you never did if it hasn't sprouted by 5+ years on T.

I'm not trying to be negative but selling trans men false hope instead of helping them find remedies (such as voice masculinization surgery or Facial Masculinization surgery) is ignorant and we owe each other more than that.
