Looks nice. What coilovers did you use?

I went with Tein street basis z.

I have a Q, my solar power on my shift knob stopped working, any idea on how to go about fixing? I noticed there’s a button looking thing on the left side (I drive a manual).. unsure if I should just make a post asking 10 series owners.. thanks in advance!

Looks so much better than stock. What did you go with?

I bought the Tein street basis z, it was my first experience eith coilovers, so i didnt wanted something expensive to start with.

Nice, I’ve got the Tein s-tech lowering springs. I wanna get the full set. How’s the ride quality? The lowering springs were already on the car when I bought it, but it has stock shocks/struts(I think). The ride is smooth on a smooth road but if I get a somewhat bad road, it’s pretty rough.

The ride quality is really not that bad, our cars already aren't really smooth so I didnt really see a huge difference in ride quality.

True, I don’t even know how these cars feel stock. I just really don’t like how harsh it feels when I hit a small hole or bumps in the road.

I’d imagine a coilover set will feel a bit better
