It's a spreadsheet. You need a spreadsheet. 

By position, a list of all accesses that need to be given.

By name, each time you hire someone, check the box as they get access.

When terminated, check the same box that it has been deactivated.

Hi everyone, my company onboards employees and independent contractors that have various combinations of access to many different platforms and services. We're at a point now where we can't keep track of it all and when people are terminated we can go months without turning off a subscription or deactivating an account. I am looking for some kind of subscription manager where I can pull up an employee and see what we've given them access to and subscribed to; even better if I can turn access on and off from this manager. What am I looking for? I can't seem to find the right search terms for what I need.
