Front clearance on the Taycan?

Question for anyone with a Taycan, especially the CT:

Do you ever find the front scrapes on ramps or driveways, or that you need a lot of care to avoid scraping? I guess they all have air suspension and you can raise it if you need to?

It has a button you push on the side of the instrument cluster and it will raise up. It will also offer to remember that location and always raise up, but it’s a little quirky. You have to be going less than 20 MPH and also give it time to lower. It works decent for parking lots and driveways.

Is the location memory for raising height standard or an option?

I’m in the queue and will have to finalise spec in September (I hope), that sounds like very useful one for me if it is an option.

It’s standard, at least if you have air suspension. I don’t know about the spring suspension in some (all?) RWD models.

Thanks. The air suspension is standard on the CrossTurismo models in the UK so that’s a yes for me then.

Occasionally I spot an entrance that requires an angled approach but it’s not common.

all you can do is raise the car and go very very slowly. sometimes scraping the front is inevitable.

Sure, but would you say it's easier than on say a 911 or 718?

The entrance to my house has a bit of an incline so I’m forced to raise my car but I can usually get away with normal mode height if I angle it properly. Generally clearance hasn’t been an issue for me but I generally raise my car if I’m unsure.

no real issues for me, the only thing that scraped were the little air dams in front of the front tires, but they wore down and no scrapes. nothing at the leading edge of the chin spoiler.
