EP threatens charges on me and her own daughter

Im rarely on reddit but ive heard a bunch of stories on youtube and decided to place my own, this has been going on for almost a month and i really just want it to end

Theres me, the EP, and my girlfriend involved, who i'll just call LD for this story. Possible trigger warning for hinted physical abuse in case i might need one

Honstly, ive known EP was a dick before we even started dating, sometimes during calls i would hear her in the background yelling at LD or telling her to shut up, sometimes making LD cry, which would lead to comforting and promising her i would get her out of EP's hands when i got the chance to. Soon we got together and near the end of May, LD disappeared from discord, and about every other media platform i could find and know of. She wasnt on Toyhouse (roleplaying/oc website), instagram, or any social games, and i never got an explanation why. All that was send was a few requests to call that lasted for a few seconds, and one that lasted for 5 minutes. According to LD, it was EP yelling at me and calling me slurs. Nothing else was said for a few more days until a school day on Monday. During class, i got a message from her alt account explaining the whole situation where i genuinely started crying. LD ended up being banned off the internet because EP thought i hacked their devices despite the fact i didn't, and the amount of time she was going to be banned for is unknown. We talked for a while and honestly, it was nice just to talk to her again despite how short we would be able to as she could only talk at school and i often wake up fairly late.

Now, lets get into the real reason i'm here. Over the past few days her main account has been calling me despite LD still not having access to it, i told a few friends and other S/O's (poly relationship), and thought not much of it but that it might just be her mom. Today, EP called me again, i didn't answer the first call, but i answered the second and oh boy, I was in for a ride.

I don't remember the beginning much but after a while, LD started crying. Ep was talking about how they first started living, in a big house, all the money they could hope for and living in a great area. EP also talked about her first encounters with the police, saying that she was interrogated and was scared as hell. She also talked about the abuse of her own and her promise to her own mother. She also kept bringing up evidence which i honestly don't understand what part of what she had been saying was evidence, and that i had somehow tampered with it?? EP then blamed me for how LD turned out, that I was an accomplish, then started talking about how she had raised LD, saying she gave her everything she would have wanted, that she supported her, loved her, etc which in my mind, i just claimed as bullshit. EP started saying she was going to call the police if me or LD didnt figure this out and fix it. Anytime she would say "well you both better fucking fix it", she would wait for like a second and LD wouldnt say a world, then it would lead on to EP yelling at LD again saying that shes never asked anything of LD and she should do this to make it all easier and for someone to at least figure this out and fix it.

During this, there was a small pause, 15 minutes after a doorbell rings where LD was on mute so i couldnt hear anything. To make this easier to explain, the main things that happened on the call were

- EP blaming me and LD for hacking and "tampering with evidence"- EP threatening to sue and press charges against the both of us- Threats to me and LD- Saying the R word to LD- Yelling- forcing us to fix it- not listening to LD when she tried to help with the issue at the beginning of the call, she was silent near the end of it- possibly hurting LD during the call, all i heard was an "Ow", so im not certain, thought after a threat LD was quick to say no to it so it hints at abuse being done before- EP saying how privileged they were before they lost their big house- how EP had sued someone else previously and didnt want to go through it again- that EP was going to call the police to press charges- how EP was sUcH a gOoD pAreNt giving LD everything she could have wanted and all the love and support. Honestly? the only thing supportive I remember was accepting LD when she came out

Soon the call ended after EP saying she was going to call the police again and i was left with 7 videos after my friend said that I should record just in case. They catch a lot of what i've said so far and honestly? I'm keeping them for future cases as well even if this does calm down and it doesn't go to the extreme that it might. Currently, its been around and hour since this call went down and ive talked to one of my other S/O's about it slightly and one of my good friends. He's been saying to go to my parents about it but I really don't want to if this does indeed settle down, and they've been treating me better as well since I came out myself. I really just don't know what to do. I just want this all to be one big dream and it turns out that everything is fine like it was before, no ban, no charges, no threats, just happy times and comfort

Note: We both live in different countries and we've never met in person, it's been an internet relationship for the most part and her mom barely knows me. I've partially moved toward telling my parents and possibly trying to get DL away from her mom as fast as we can and possibly move into my home for a better life, or get her to one of our S/O's who lives in the same country as her. Because even after what her EP has done LD used to still try to bond with her the best she could, and I love her to death.

So yeah, hope that makes sense for the most part. I really just don't know what to do in this situation and I'm hoping everything turns out well
