Keyframe editor button doesn't do anything?!

Wonder if anyone can help.

I've keyframed a clip in resolve 17.4.6 (Mac Monterey) on the edit page using the inspector (Added a lens flare effect and keyframed the X position to make the lens flare move from left to right).

The keyframe works fine and the effect does what I want, I can also edit it in the inspector on the edit page... BUT

Resolve seems to be broken:

1. Whenever I click the keyframe editor button on the clip (or menu->clip->show keyframe editor), nothing happens.
2. When I click the curves editor on the clip (or menu->clip->show curve editor) it shows the curves editor but the keyframes arent listed, in fact Position isnt even listed as a line item in the drop down box.

Am I doing something wrong? All I want to do is see visually where my key frames are and then drag them around to adjust.
