Company suggesting donations to political groups

So my company - a large international one - sent out a Juneteenth email. In it, they suggested political podcasts, books, movies, etc. Some other more moderate things like ‘buying black,’ hiring black employees. But they also suggest we donate money to BLM and that we ‘protest elected officials’ by ‘(safely)taking to the streets.’

Is this legal?
