Launching my new business today! Would love thoughts or advice.

Myself and a few friends have gotten together and launched a dedicated hosting company(shameless plug). We're leasing space from a colo provider in downtown LA, and we've got some nice hardware up in the racks. I'm pretty excited, as I've spent several years in the hosting industry, and now I own my own company.

I'm kinda the marketing guy, and my partner is the absolute technical genius behind the product. I think we offer some pretty unique features for this price point, (remote reimaging, power-cycling, serial console access), and we've got a great location. I'm really excited!

Anyone else in this industry? Any advice? Pointers? Helpful critique of our web site? Or just share the story of when you launched your business. How'd it go? What would you have done differently?

Ninja Edit: This is a new account, as I still hold down my day job, and some coworkers are aware of my main username.
