Question - ShowMyFaves : Can we use at the same time pyGtk and pyQt ?

Our application (ShowMyFaves) need to take screenshots of website first page. After a day of research, we found that we couldn't do it with pyGtk only. We found some open-source script that uses pyQT4. The questions are :

• Can we use those open-source file for this contest ? Do we have to nommed the author, the script url or other ?
• The use of those script need dependencies : python-QT4 and libQt4-webkit. Our project is made with Quickly and pyGtk, is there a specific thing to do into Quickly or Launchpad to make them understand that they will need those dependencies ?
• Where do we have to put the config file ? Into the /opt folder, or into the user folder ? We have the same question for the screenshots storage.
