How can I improve my typing speed?

Despite years of computer class with Mavis Beacon I never learned how to type until I found chatrooms, then my speed went from 1 wpm to 100wpm in a month. But now after 20 years my speed is still only around 120wpm which is good but I guess for some macho reason I want it to be higher.
