Decent Driving Instructors in the City Center?

Hey. Over the next couple of weeks I am looking to re-start driving lessons. I had them for a year before (almost a year ago, actually) and failed my test twice (derp). Also I have no experience Driving in/around Manchester; I have heard it is horrible, however. I was wondering if anyone would recommend a driving instructor in the City Center.
