Other clinically depressed NoFappers?

I have been medicated and have had a succesfull recovery from a deep depression to medicated and almost symptom free condition. I went from weighing a 190 punds at a 20-25% BF to around 12% atm. I quit drinking and smoking and a occational pill abuse. All this came pretty easy as i gained self confidense and rose out of depression, but I CAN'T EFFING QUITE PORN! I have had a streak of 21 days and I now fap (relapse) every 7th day or so. What happens is, that I start getting really depressed around a week of NoFap. I get all the clinical symptoms and I cave in. Sometimes I have to fap 2-3 times to rise from the depressed state, but it always happens. When I'm back to watching porn, I'm no longer depressed. This is frustrating. I want to be rid of both my depression and my porn addiction. Can somebody help me?
