Google Adwords Help

I'm using Adwords for the first time and I made sure that all the keywords I used were on my page or in the title of the page. I also made sure the ad used the keywords. I broke down 3 - 4 keywords into their own little groups with an Ad targeted directly at those words, however, I keep getting really low quality scores. Anyone know how to improve quality scores or some good resources discussing Adwords Quality Scores?
