Need roommates for 4 bedroom/2 bath house 6 minutes from MU.

Four bedroom plus converted carport (not a bedroom because it doesn't have a closet), full appliances, gas stove/water heater, corner house. Rent is $1250 a month, current residents didn't have a bill on hand at the showing but they said the house is pretty efficient and they can keep it at 74 without being too much. You'd be rooming with seniors of various majors.

EDIT: Apparently clarification was needed. $1250/month for the whole house. We were thinking of having whoever takes the master bedroom (still undecided) pay $350 for those privileges, everyone else $300. Plus split utilities/data.
