Movement Glitch

Twice I have left a vehicle and my movement was glitched. I could only move forward and backward and I could not turn or aim properly. I raged enough to put a post out because I was about to get the Jet, Tank, Assault Rifle kill in one life achievement. Took someone out in my jet, landed my jet on the runway (GGG right there), ran over to a tank, popped a jeep and got out to finish off a straggler trying to C4 me. Once i left my tank the glitch occured and i was a sitting duck. Has this issue been addressed anywhere else? Or has anyone else experienced this glitch? (On Xbox btw).
