Buying a Cruiser/Carver

I'm trying to figure out how safe it would be for an ~200lb, 6'2" guy to ride an Arbor Axis Bamboo. I haven't found many reviews and the ones I have found haven't been very helpful. Does anyone know how much flex I would get?
