Seeking an IT/Help Desk job!

Hello all!

I'm looking for a full-time IT, Help Desk, or PC technician job in Mobile. I've applied to some of the bigger medical companies around the area who hire often, but I never hear anything back after following up many times. I'm very qualified (and certified) for this type of work, yet nothing ever seems to pop up in the area.

Does anyone know of any companies hiring? Thank you so much for your help!
