Audioslave ripped off Smog AKA Bill Callahan

I just thought that I'd bring it to the attention of music listeners of a very minor and negligible but downright important problem of the music world. Okay, so these two songs are in different keys, but the stolen bit is unmistakable. Here's John Streckfous's cover of Smog's "Dress Sexy at my Funeral", off 2000's album Dongs of Sevotion. I used this cover because the recording quality is quite good: http://grooveshark.com/#!/search/song?q=John+Streckfous+Dress+Sexy+At+My+Funeral

Now here is Audioslave's 2005 single "Doesn't Remind Me": http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lBFdX37Qpnk

I think both songs are good, but again, since the influence is so direct, it seems that credit is due to Smog on Audioslave's part.
