Looking to buy a Wizard source. Min - 400 Damage (combined) 5%crit and 70 intelligence. Anyone got some to sell?

Hey r/Diablo, Been looking at getting some crit on my offhand! Like title says: 400 damage (100+300) minimum 5% crit minimum 70 intelligence minimum

I will spend around 1-10mil depending on how good the source is (ap on crit.)

For those non wizards, thinking why I'm posting here, you do not understand how hard and frustrating it is looking for an offhand via the AH. It doesn't show by date, so good ones leave instantly. Also you can't search by damage, so it's impossible to find any 400+ ones in under 20minutes.
