Ticklish Boyfriend

My boyfriend is ticklish to the point that it actually interferes with intimacy sometimes. Sometimes it seems that I can't touch him ANYWHERE below the waist without getting a fit of giggles and squirming. He also really hates being tickled. Due to this combo, some days it feels like I'm not able to touch him at all, which is a huge turn off. He still wants to touch me of course, but I feel kind of useless when it's so one sided.
