Should I downgrade from ICS to GB, or deal with it? SGS2

Hey guys, a few days a go I updated my firmware on my SGS2 to ICS and to be honest I've been regretting it since. I find it awkward and clumsy on my SGS2, I don't find any real improvements with it.

I mean if anything they've made it worse (at least on the SGS2), they changed the screenshot hotkey, everytime I exit all apps it gives me a (although quick) repetitive warning that appears everytime, unlock feature although it looks kinda better can be fidgety at times, and when I have messages opened and unlock sometimes i can take a few seconds for it to show the new message.

The only real feature I've found useful is the "phone owner" information on the lock screen which I use to show a contact number in case I lose my phone.

I'm thinking of trying to downgrade to GB again but kinda nervous about doing so as to be honest I would have no idea how to do it but have heard it involves flashing. I don't really want to risk bricking my phone.

So I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions with what I should do, or if anyone has their own stories with how they feel about Ice cream sandwich on the SGS2.
