Best BBQ in Memphis? Texas redditor wanting something crazy good

Hello people of Memphis! Texan redditor here, wanting to destroy my stomach and arteries when I get to Memphis on Monday.

My question for you is: What is the BEST place for some decent BBQ in this town? I've sampled many places here in Texas and I'm wondering what the Memphis style of BBQ is all about. I've heard Leonard's is great, but where else should I go?

Thanks! And I'm looking forward to spending some time here!
