What does reddit think about the butterfly effect? What are your examples that it may or may not be real?

I was thinking the other day how much one tiny action can influence the world. Example, you are walking down the street and you stumble, now you are a half a second late. You may not meet someone. You stumbling may slow down the person next to by a couple of milliseconds. Now eventually when someone goes to have sex, the sperm that originally was going to meet the egg won't because of the tiny changes. This sets off a chain reaction. And this is happening all of the time. Almost every choice we make changes the world exponentially. Is my reasoning flawed? What do you think?
