Want to work at Philmont next summer (2013), any advice?

Just looking for anyone who has worked there in the past and has advice/feedback. What job(s) did you do? Did you enjoy it? What did you apply for and get (or not get)? I know its going to be hard work but I think it will be more than worth it.
