I need help figuring out how to count carbs on some stuff I've cooked.
So I got 3lbs of pork shoulder ribs for $8. I'm going to cook them two different ways to see what works better. I want to rub them down with curry powder and oil, then sear half on all sides and throw the other half in the slow cooker. I want to add in some soy sauce, sriracha, and salsa verde (+ water). Combined with how much I'm using, there are 2g carbs from the soy sauce in each batch, 2g from the salsa, and 2g from the sriracha. Should I just divide that up by like "6 ribs per pot, so 1g carb for each" or what? Not sure how to count when doing stuff like that.
I'm also not going to use the leftover sauce (maybe), so it seems like a bunch of the carbs I used will be left in the pot.
