[Troubleshooting] PSU questions

I'm in the middle of my build right now. I have the NZXT Source 210 Elite and the Corsair TX650 PSU. I have two problems: the connectors for the fans that came with the case are too short to reach the fan controllers on the motherboard, and the connectors from the PSU itself come out really easily from the connectors to the fans. This is my first build so I don't have any idea what to do about this.
