Finished w2d3, felt good for the first time.

I didn't slack off during the last couple run intervals like I did on w2d2. I didn't stumble home feeling like I was about to pass out. I didn't have shin pain an hour later. I actually felt... good. Not just accomplished, but physically uplifted. Is this that runners' high people talk about?

I did change a few things this time. I did more shin stretching before starting, because I'm prone to shin splints. I found a slightly different route that didn't have me running uphill so much. I shortened my stride a bit when I started feeling too tired. I payed a lot more attention to my breathing, chanting little mantras to keep it in a more consistent rhythm. And I started earlier in the day so that I wouldn't be running into a headwind the entire second half of my routine. (I live in an incredibly windy area, like hair-blowing-straight-backwards, lean-into-it-or-get-pushed-back-by-it gusting. Apparently that wind kicks in sometime after noon, because when I go before then it's not nearly as bad.)

TL;DR YAY!
