How do we play this game on reddit?

I used to play this game as a kid, but I feel we should play it on reddit.

The original game was: you write a sentence on a piece of paper and then you fold it over so it is hidden. You then hand the paper over to a friend or family member and they write a continuing sentence. You are only allowed to tell them the last word of the sentence; they then use that word to begin a new sentence. After it's done, you read out the whole thing. It was often hilarious.

How do we do that here? Post suggestions for getting one massive secret story that we can then post after a defined period of time.
