Getting back into weed

Alright before I start this, I know this sounds suspect as fuck, but other than me saying it's legit, there's no way around it. So I just recently got out of the military and have been working for a company for awhile now. I'm 99% sure they don't drug test, and miss how relaxed I am while high. None of my civilian friends smoke and I don't want them to know I do. How the fuck do I get back into a regular connection since other than the occasional happened to find some when I was traveling, I haven't smoked since I was in my late teens? I don't want specifics, just general ideas.(btw this is my illegit acct. I started to handle unsavory situations)

edit: I thought I should specify, Virginia does not have weed dispensaries, and I'm almost 30.
