Been reading a lot. Some questions on basic mineral/vitamin supplements

I want to cover my deficient minerals. Seems like the consensus is Vitamin K, Vitamin D, Magnesium, and Zinc. My diet is pretty good(don't eat out, r/weightroom member, etc.)

I already take 4000 IU Vit D.

The NOW foods Vit K is supposedly low quality(it is not MK7) according to amazon review:

Does it matter?

They recommend a form that is 10x better vit K:

http://www.amazon.com/Jarrow-Formulas-MK-7-vitamin-Softgels/dp/B0013OVVFA/ref=cm_cr_dp_asin_lnk

Should I get the 2nd one?

I am going to get the following

Zinc: http://www.amazon.com/Now-Foods-Glycinate-Soft-gels-120-Count/dp/B002JNCXME/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1340493604&sr=8-1&keywords=zinc+glycinate

Magnesium: http://www.amazon.com/Now-Foods-Magnesium-Citrate-Tablets/dp/B000BV1O26/ref=sr_1_1?s=hpc&ie=UTF8&qid=1340493437&sr=1-1&keywords=Magnesium+citrate

So now when do I take these? Zinc and Mg is 30 minutes before bed right? Vit D in the morning only, and Vit K is morning?

Also which one of them can I take by itself and which ones do I also need food?

Thanks a lot!
