[Barbarian] How do *you* gear your barbarian?

I've finally cleared act 2 and I'm now starting into act 3. It's been challenging, but I've found out how to make some respectable cash now. I don't have a lot of money, but something I'd like to buy down the road is a nice high block stormshield. I like the tanky feel of a barbarian, feeling invincible and healing from attacks. Surprisingly, I don't use much LOH since I never had the gear pre-IAS nerf and I don't feel like buying it now.

Anyway, how do you gear your barbarian? I'm curious because it's time for a new upgrade, and I recently got a 62 shield with 27% block which made a huge difference. I don't have anything too special other than my one ring which might be worth maybe a million or two. 42 all resist, socket, 69 Vit and STR plus 20 fire resist.

Anyway, I want to upgrade so I can start clearing act 3, but I don't know what I should get.
