Wiki style website for Ubuntu tech support

Does anything like this exist?

I think it would be awesome to have a wiki for such a thing. I know there are forums, subreddits and google to find resolutions but it would be great to have it all centralized in one place. It could even be expanded to include other distros etc...

Other than this google result, https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Home , I don't seem to be able to find anything and this looks nothing like what I have envisioned in my head.
