"Streaming PC" commercial at MLG Anaheim

hey guys, I was watching MLG Anaheim stream (SC2 Stream) and they had an ad about a small box streaming pc where they had the sc2 guys watching streams and replays n stuff. I been looking around but had no luck finding something like this. Would like to know if any of you know what im talking about. If i could get a brand/model or if i could build one myself. Mainly from streaming stuff to tv's where i can just pick up and bring it to a friend's or something. Thanks.
