Quick questions about a Seiko SKX007J

I saw this post not too long ago and immediately decided I was going to purchase this watch. This will be my second watch purchase ever, since my Nixon Capital was stolen about a year ago..

So my questions are:

1. What website should I purchase this from? Looking for the best price, but also want a reputable dealer.

2. I was going to get it with the presidential band, but was also curious, what is the difference between the super oyster and super oyster II band? I'm still considering those bands as well.

3. What is the difference between the K and J? I've read that it's just the print on the front and the arabic weekdays but not sure.

EDIT: 4. I live in the Northeastern-Midwestern area of the United States and was wondering if there would be any retailers/dealers around that I could buy the watch from, but I can't seem to find any place that sells them other than international websites. Anyone know of any?
