Facing down old shit... Thought I was done with this...

Don't know if it is the nofap project or what, but I am increasingly being haunted by issues from my childhood. Thought I was done with this shit, but apperantly bullying from elementary school and the depressed moments from my childhood seem to be revisiting me. If I can deal with it constructively that is all well and good, but I actually don't know how to go about doing that. Anybody experience this and/or have any suggestions?
