What's your favorite restaurant that few people know of?

After moving to Colorado I was turned on to a small mexican restaurant in Westminster called Toluca.

I can honestly say that I have never eaten anything more authentic than this place. You can really tell that the food you are eating is the same thing the cook feeds his kids every day.

The main reason I ask is because I am going to start traveling soon and I really don't want fast food since I am trying to take better care of myself.
