Perfect World Scamming People Out of $250+

The full story: PWE bought off Cryptic (Champions Online, Star Trek Online, upcoming Neverwinter) some time ago. Now, people are forced to merge their Cryptic accounts with Perfect World accounts. The problem comes with PWE's policy of banning certain countries like Russia and China from their games.

This means that legitimate players from those regions, some of which have spent $250 or more for Lifetime Subscriptions, as well as subscribers who have put a lot of money into the game, are getting banned from the game just because of the country they're in. This issue is actively being ignored by the higher ups and no gaming publishers should get away with pulling crap like this over customers.
