Off Campus Apartments

Hey Guys! I spent last year in the dorms, didn't care much for it. This next fall I am planning on trying to get an apartment off campus. While I was looking through the apartments on Google maps I noticed that none of them had reviews. So, do any of you guys have anything to say, either good, bad, or neutral about any of the apartments off campus?
