Questions about Phish albums on vinyl...

So I've been collecting records for awhile now, but one thing that disappoints me in my collection is the lack of Phish albums. I've noticed that their are indeed albums put out on record format (such as Story, Farmhouse, and Junta), but they're rare and high priced. I was wondering when they actually released these records and why they are so scarce. I understand that Junta was a Record Store Day release, are the rest of them Record Store Day releases as well? Also, why is this being sold for $1500?!
