ZVP Build Problem!

First of all, I'm a gold league zerg on EU. I've been using Stephano's 3 Base Roach Max against FFE for a while, and I must say it's served me well, but lately it seems like the Protoss always know exactly how to counter it and it's just not working anymore. I was wondering if anyone else has come across this, and if there's any other builds I could use, or ways to making my build stronger. Any help would be appreciated.
