Can I get some tips for Diablo?

I'm level 51 in Hell right now and im in the middle of Act 1 and after see so many videos of people with level 60's. Im worried because I see their DPS and its like 50k, 20k, or 30k. And I'm a Wizard level 51 with only 3k DPS. Can someone tell me am i doing something wrong?
