Ab Injury from deadlifting?

After doing a "heavy" (only 365 lbs.) set of deadlifts fine the other day, I decided to burnout on 315 lbs. During one of the reps I felt a weird feeling in my upper left abdominal muscle - no pain or anything, it just didn't feel right. So, naturally, I stopped, went to get a drink of water, futzed around for a few minutes then tried again to make sure I didn't enormously fuck myself up (which was probably a stupid idea, but you know how it is). I was able to do a couple more reps perfectly fine, but the area around the muscle felt weird. I stopped lifting because of the weirdness and went home.

Next couple of days I had stomach cramping, bloating / stomach felt like there was a rock in it, and a dull ache in my balls that would come and go. I went to the gym and just did a couple of reps deadlifiting / squatting / ohp'ing with no pain, but still didn't feel right so I went home. I went to the doc to check for a hernia among other things, and she said everything seemed fine. Got an ultra sound of my balls and everything checked out there.

However, its been nearly a week and while the ball pain nearly disappeared, I'm still getting the stomach cramps all around my abs and even into my obliques some. Anyone else had a similar type of injury and managed to figure out what was causing it? I'm starting to think I'm having my first period.
