A question about pirating in Australia

Hi my friend is going to Australia for a year and as the good friend I am I'm trying to help him. Is there a bigger risk of being caught in Australia then any other place? Maybe a dumb question but what ever, give me all the downvotes you want. I just want a answer!

Sorry for any spelling mistakes I'm from Norway.
