Looking for a beginner harmonic with room to grow!

Howdy folks! I am thinking about learning me the old harmonica! But I wanted your input befor I purchased anything.

First of all, I want a nice blues harmonica. I was thinking about a 10 hole Diatonic harmonica in the key of (middle)C. But I wasnt sure if that was considered a very basic beginner harmonica or not. I was thinking about the Honhner Blues Bender BLB. http://www.harmonicasandstuff.com/hohner-diatonic/hohner-blues-bender-blb.html

I want something to learn on but also something that I can grow with.

I also don't want to spend $50 or 99 cents lol I was thinking about something in the $15-20 range. I was hoping you guys could suggest something nice. Maybe some kinda kit with a dvd or booklet (unless you guys think the internet is a good enough teacher).

I welcome your thoughts and suggestions.
