i wanna improove

hey guys :) at the moment i am playing at ~~ 1600 elo +/- and got stuck for a while now. I feel like there is just a slight bit of improovement or a new kinda gameplay that i need to get higher and get better at my own gameplay. Is there someone that knows anything that could help me like ways to improove, tactics or knowledge??
