What is this spider? (Southern Ontario, Canada)

I'd assume it's some sort of black jumping spider? It looks similar to the black/white tiny variety.

Sorry for the kinda bad pic, but I couldn't find any others (Ironically) for an updated/better picture.

This picture is about 3~ years old, I took it when these things really started to appear en masse. Prior to that, I had never SEEN anything like this, save for black/white jumping spiders. The picture is kinda bad because frankly I was too afraid to get any closer BECAUSE THEY CAN JUMP. >____> (I'm also scared of spiders)

• They have black "fur".
• They appear in sizes raging from very small (Like, the size of a small carpenter ant) to about the size of a quarter, not including the leg span.
• They kind of twitch when they move, like a jumping spider.
• THEY JUMP LIKE A JUMPING SPIDER
• The spots on their back vary in color, I've seen Teal, Orange, White and Grey.

Edit: The pic, something messed up http://i.imgur.com/9izGq.jpg
