Does anyone know the REAL recipe for the Macaroni Grill's rosemary bread?

I tried a dozen different attempts from various recipes around the web. Many of them are very good, but are not as good as the bread in the restaurant. If anyone can give me a good idea of how they make it, I would be greatly appreciative.

Most recipes follow something approximately:

-1 cup water

-1 T yeast

-1 T sugar (combine and froth)

-2.5-3 C Flour (I've varied with regular white and my own milled white winter wheat and red spring wheat)

-1 T Butter or oil

-1 T rosemary

-cook 350-400 for 15-20 minutes, while some call for basting the top with butter/olive oil half with through and adding salt and more rosemary on top.

Thank you for any advice you can give!
