A lesson Dark Souls has taught me.
Today my computer decided to be a dum-kopf and "forget" all my passwords, and I like a dang fool didn't have them written down somewheres. I remembered most of them, except for the most important one, my Reddit password. So much Karma (about 500, which I was pleased with myself to get that many) was lost and my stomach fell into knots and my acid reflux thought it would be an asshole in my esophagus (hyuk hyuk)... Then I remembered something Dark Souls taught me when I lost my first 99humanity/10mil souls. Something that I'm sure will reverberate throughout my entire life. Whenever loss strikes you can always take this philosophy to heart. Respawn and Kick Some More Ass!
tl;dr, lost my reddit password, fell into sorrow, then took my dark souls philosophy to get over it and try again.
Which made me wonder... What real world lessons has Dark Souls taught you?
